Gorgeous hotel, staff were top-class and the location was unbeatable right in the center of the city. Easy check-in, the staff assisted us with map.

The staff is extremely polite, amiable. The breakfast is delicious and nice, with an omelette, fresh orange juice, a nice view.

Great value for money, the room was stylish, clean and spacious. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the medina, and we could hear the waves from the terrace. The staff were amazing hosts, giving us awesome tips for eating out and making us feel very welcome.

Breakfast option: The wet chairs on the terrace were not ideal for starting the day.

A really nice location in the middle of Essaouira. A 5 minute walk from the parking near the Port. Nice Maroccon rooms in the middle of the streets, the restaurants and the shops. What a nice breeze Essaouira is from the bustling Capital cities. A lot of tourists and relaxed shop- keepers. Loads of fresh fish.

The rooms were a little moisty, but that's just a minor detail.

Position in the old medina but easy to find. Close to everything. Ever car park outside city walls was not far away, but 20 DH for porter needs to be reserved. Nice roof terrace.

Room small, but i expect that. Surprise was smoke from next door kitchen penetrating room - not possible to open the window But i think i was applicable to all small riads in medina.

Magnificent super central location and absolutely courteous staff. 20 km away from Essaouira airport. Really amazing overall experience...

I had an amazing time at this hotel in the heart of the beautiful Medina! The staff was incredibly friendly and always went the extra mile to ensure I had a great stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated in a typical Moroccan style and had cool equipment. I loved the big window which let in plenty of natural light. The rooftop was a great spot to enjoy the lovely fresh bread and mixed fruits served for breakfast.

Everything was absolutely fine, nothing to complain about.

The biggest thank u goes to staff who are extremely helpfull. Breakfast? Simple but yummi and couldnt possibly it it all! Location- 5 min walk to the beach and most tourist attractions. Right in the centre of medina( be prepared to ask for directions on ur first day) although it was far from 5star hotel;) I couldnt wish for better value for the money. If you are going to morroco to see places not to spend all day in the hotel- this is the place to book! Again, thank u for lovely stay!

Additionally, the location was perfect, close to the beach and to a great street food takeaway where we could buy amazing sandwiches for just a couple of euros.

During our Easter stay at this hotel, we loved the friendly and accommodating staff who went out of their way to organize taxis and excursions for us. The central location made it easy for us to explore the nearby markets and attractions. The decor was tasteful and added to the relaxing vibe of the hotel. the breakfast was a highlight of our stay with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from.

The sheets and pillows seemed old and not properly cleaned, while the bathroom had a musty smell and mold on the walls. This made our stay less comfortable and left us feeling uneasy about the overall state of the room.
